Redemption Instructions

Booking Confirmation: After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email confirmation with a booking reference number. Ticket Collection: Tickets can be collected at the designated DDTT ticket counter at your chosen meeting point. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation. Pick-up Details: DDTT offers pick-up from selected hotels and locations in Dubai. Ensure you confirm the pick-up location and time in advance when booking your ticket. The safari driver will arrive at the specified location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure.
