7：00-8:40 Pick up and go to Dujiangyan or Wolong Panda Base 8:40-9:00 Complete registration procedure; put on the work suit and gloves, wear the volunteer pass card. 9:00-10:00 Start to clean the panda enclosure ,as well as cracking bamboos,carry out the leftovers, etc. 10:00-11:30 Walk around other panda enclosures to see the adorable black and white animals, learn more stories about the pandas. 11:30-13:00 Lunch and break 13:00-14:00 Watch a panda documentary to learn more about the scientific facts and the life of panda. 14:00-15:00 Make panda cakes , cut the bamboo leaves and be issued the certificate of panda volunteering exerience. 15:00-17:00 Drive back to downtown Chengdu Pls notice that this is a rough schedule for the day tour, it may be affected by the panda’s conditions.

Redemption Instructions

Notice: 1.Tour must be booked one week in advance, once you decide this program, please send us the copies of all participants for booking; The age limit for the program is between 10-65 years old. 2.Please bring your passports for the volunteer work on that day; 3.Please follow the instructions of the panda keeper when you do the volunteer work;No touching or teasing the panda 4.Avoid Using Strong Smell: For pandas have keen sense of smell, volunteers should avoid using perfume or other odorous articles like mosquito repellent liquid, nail polish, skin care products, makeups, etc. on the volunteer work day. 5.Dressing Code: During the panda volunteer program, you are required to wear comfortable shoes, like sports shoes, that are suitable for the work. Try to avoid sandals, slippers, high-heels, and so on. Besides, wear trousers, avoid shorts and skirts, etc. (during the program, the panda base will provide working jumpsuits in spring and winter, and T-shirts in summer and autumn for you.) 6.Healthy Bodies: To well protect giant pandas, volunteers are required to be healthy, and people who are suffering from illness, like a cold, fever, influenza, and other infectious diseases are not suitable to do the panda volunteer programs. 7.Children 10 years below suitable feed Panda need skip cleans.
