Skip-the-line access does not apply to security checks. • Name requirement (VERY IMPORTANT): Tickets are issued strictly under the name provided at booking. The name must exactly match the visitor’s valid photo ID or passport. Name changes are not permitted once tickets are issued, and entry may be refused if details do not match. • Meeting point: This experience does not start at the Vatican Museums entrance. Travelers must meet the guide at the designated meeting point near the Vatican Museums, as provided after booking. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled entry time. • Late arrival policy: Entry tickets are time-specific. Late arrivals may miss the reserved time slot, and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible. • Schedule changes: Entry times may vary slightly due to Vatican operations, security procedures, or crowd management. • Voucher validity: The voucher is valid only for the date and time selected and must be exchanged with the staff/guide before entry.
