Redemption Instructions

You must contact us prior to your arrival date to confirm details of your flight, hotel, transportation, and the exact pick-up time from the airport. Email: info@graylinevallarta.com or by telephone at +52 322 22 51190 or +52 322 22 44627 from Monday to Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. PLEASE NOTE: If this is a last-minute booking, please contact us immediately by telephone only, to reconfirm services and to provide you detailed instructions. REMEMBER: As soon as you disembark, you will need to clear Mexican immigration, collect your baggage, and clear Customs. Exit Customs and go outside to the designated transportation area. Look for a Gray Line representative holding a sign with a Gray Line and Viator logo. Please be aware that after the Customs area, you will be approached by time-share sales representatives. They are not affiliated with Gray Line, even though they may show you a badge with a Gray Line logo on it. Do not stop and give them this voucher, keep walking outside the airport and look for your uniformed Gray Line meet and greet representative with an official sign.
