The actual ticket will be delivered upto 1 day before the visit date, or shortly before your entry time, please be patient. During the busy season time on some occassions, the Palace entrance timing might be different from the one booked, please do not worry and visit the gardens and the Marie Antoinette estate first and then enter the palace at the time printed on the ticket.
