Pickup Information

Your guide will meet you outside the passenger terminal at either San Antonio Cruise Port or Valparaíso Passenger Terminal (VTP), depending on the option selected at booking. Look for a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name. Please provide your cruise ship’s name, scheduled docking time, and all-aboard time when booking. Your exact pickup time and your guide’s contact details will be confirmed the day before the tour. The itinerary and departure time will be coordinated according to the ship’s schedule, with the return to the port planned at least 90 minutes before the all-aboard time. If your ship changes its arrival time or port, please notify us as soon as possible.
