If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.

For an additional cost, you can rent a horse to take you to the top. If interested, please bring extra cash. The cost is Q150 one way.

If you purchase the basic tour option, it does not include the entrance to the Pacaya Volcano. In this case, you will need to bring Q100 to pay your entrance fee. Credit cards, dollars, or euros are not accepted; only quetzals, the currency of Guatemala.

While they are happy to assist, photography is not part of their responsibilities, and we cannot be held liable for any accidental damage involving personal devices.
