Hello I'm Francisco, I'm Mexican of French Mixteco Origen from my Mom. My Dad was white European so I'm a Mestizo. As a kid I spent Summer Holidays in those towns known as Pueblos Magicos. I'm a proud Mixteco who at early age developed the passion for The Traditional Mexican Cuisine (Only Cuisine UNESCO awards as an Intangible World Heritage due to The Diversify Ancestry Civilizations). It's A UNIQUE CULTURAL -4 Hour Experience & allows guests have plenty time to fully savor all dishes-NO RUSH. Perfect for first time visitors to Playa del Carmen.
