Pickup Information

* If you select the hotel pickup service, our tour guide will meet you in the hotel lobby, near the reception area. After the tour, the guide will accompany you back to the hotel. * We can only provide hotel pick-up service for guests staying in downtown. Guests arriving from remote areas or the airport should meet their guide at the MTR station.

We can offer a pick-up service for all guests who stay in a downtown hotel. Airport / Airport Hotels / Disney Hotel / New Territories/ remoted area incur an out of city surcharge. If you couldn't find your hotel name on the list, please let us know upon making a reservation.
