• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • Each traveler is allowed 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions Please Note: National Park fees may apply for international visitors. If applicable, this fee is collected in-destination and not at the time of booking.

In Oakhurst all the hotels on Highway 41 or could meet at Visitor's Center or Denny's Restaurant. Other locations are Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, Pines Resort in Bass Lake and any of the hotels in Mariposa or El Portal. Additional charges for Pick up in Fresno, Madera and Merced Areas
