Pickup Information

1- The pick-up details will be send at 10 pm the night before the trip by email. 2- Please share your correct nationality, hotel name, address, and room number. The pick-up point will be at the main entrance of the "Main Gate" hotel on the highway, not at the reception gate or area. 3- The long-range pickup service from Makadi, El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, area’s is available to book in the checkout process as "Add on" Transfer from ( Makadi , Sahl Hasheesh , El Gouna ) Hotels extra charge €5 per person Transfer from ( Safaga , Soma Bay ) Hotels extra charge €8 per. 4- Kindly know that pick up is time is sharp at the location mentioned and we can wait not more than 5 mins, so kindly be on time., The pick up can be From 5 to 10 mins late according to other clients situation so kindly accept it.
