Pickup Information

Hotel pickup is included from outside the main hotel gate. Please wait in front of the hotel’s main external gate 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our representative will contact you via WhatsApp or phone on the day of the tour to confirm the exact pickup time and vehicle details. After the desert safari, guests will be transferred to Solo Spa for the Turkish Hammam experience, then returned to the hotel after the spa session.
