Meeting and Pickup
Please check in at the Canyon Explorers base at 37 Camp Street, Queenstown, at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The base is near the corner of Camp Street and Shotover Street. Please allow extra time to find parking and make your way to the meeting point.
Redemption Instructions
Please arrive at the Canyon Explorers base, 37 Camp Street, Queenstown, at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure and show your booking voucher at check-in. Please allow enough time to arrive and check in. Late arrivals may not be able to join the trip and may not be eligible for a refund. Important safety information For your safety, you cannot participate if you: Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs Are pregnant Weigh more than 120 kg (you may be weighed before departure) Are unable to safely fit the canyoning equipment provided Have a medical or health condition that could make participation unsafe If you have any questions about your suitability to participate, please contact Canyon Explorers before your tour.
