Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Minimum numbers apply (min 2 per tour for confirmed departure, min 4 on NZ public holidays). There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • Please contact to reconfirm pick up arrangement and time. Please also be aware, pick up may be in the form of a shuttle bus. • A valid credit card will need to be provided at the time of activity that can be charged in the unlikely event of damage to Quad bikes.
