*Temporary Check-in change from 22 Sept – 5 Oct 2025, the Queenstown Visitor Centre (110 Beach St) will be closed. Please check in at Discover Queenstown, 38 Ballarat St. For questions, call +64 3 441 1137. *Please make sure you are at your required pickup location at least 15mins prior to departure. * Cleaning Fee Policy - we want all our guests to enjoy a safe and comfortable experience. If the vehicle is soiled or requires additional cleaning beyond normal use, a cleaning fee of $200 may apply. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the shared space.
