Itinerary
1. The region's highest and largest freestanding rock formation. Get the big picture here!
2. Göreme Open Air Museum with its carefully restored cave churches from 9th - 12th centuries. Exquisite fresco and secco paintings deep in the rocks.
3. Cappadocia's most spectacular fairy chimneys, in the fruitful valley originally named Bağlıdere (full of gardens) You will understand the modern nickname when you visit!
4. Paşabağ, also known locally as Monks' Valley, walk and climb around fairy chimneys of every shape and size.
5. People have been making pots from the local red clay since before the beginning of recorded history. We will visit a traditional pottery workshop where you will see the master potters at work and maybe try it yourself.
6. More famous as ''İmagination Valley'' - the weirdest rock formations are found here. Use your imagination a little and discover a whole zoo.
