Redemption Instructions

Please show your electronic or printed ticket to the tour guide at the designated meeting point, Chalong Pier, before departure. The guide will confirm your booking and assist you with boarding the speedboat. You can also show your booking confirmation email or the ticket QR code on your phone for easy access.

Pickup Information

Our driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby or meeting point. Please be there on time If you find yourself running behind schedule for the meeting point or pick-up location, please be aware that our driver may not wait. Feel free to contact us to arrange a new transfer, and please note that there may be an additional charge.
