Redemption Instructions
**Weather and Booking Details** - **Operates in all weather conditions**—please dress appropriately (refunds are not available due to weather or personal reasons). - Guests must provide their height at the time of booking (**minimum height: 150 cm**). REQUIREMENTS: - Passenger heights must be provided at the time of booking. A **minimum height of 150 cm is required**. - We do not provide child seats or trailers for children or pets. - Tours operate in all weather conditions—please dress appropriately. **No refunds** will be issued due to weather or personal reasons. DEPARTURE: The full-day eBike rental is available from **9 AM to 7 PM**. Our office operates daily during the high season: - Morning : 9 AM - 12 PM - Afternoon : 3 PM - 7 PM You can pick up your eBike at our office, conveniently located in Lake Bled at **pr1motours.com, Ljubljanska 20, 4260 Bled**. Please note that parking is not available at the office.
