Please dress appropriately for the weather, as we do not offer refunds due to weather or personal reasons. Guests must provide their height at the time of booking, with a minimum height requirement of 150 cm for mountain bikes. REQUIREMENTS: **Important Information for Your Mountain Bike Adventure in Lake Bled** - **Passenger Heights:** All passenger heights must be provided at the time of booking. A minimum height of 150 cm is *required*. - **No Child Seats or Trailers:** Please note that we do not offer child seats or trailers for children or pets. - **Weather Conditions:** The tour operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately, as refunds are not provided due to weather or personal reasons. DEPARTURE: The full-day Mountain Bike rental is available from 9 AM to 7 PM. Our office hours during the high season are: - Morning: 9 AM - 12 PM - Afternoon: 3 PM - 7 PM You may pick up your bike anytime during these opening hours at our office: pr1motours.com, Ljubljanska 20, 4260 Bled. *Please note that parking is not available at our office.*
