Redemption Instructions

You must contact Tangol at least 24 hours before your activity date to confirm your reservation and arrange transportation. If you book within 24 hours please call immediately. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher. Upon pickup, please present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity.

Pickup Information

* Please provide us the details of your arrival/departure flights. * From Airports : According to your flight itinerary, a driver will be waiting for you at the airport, holding a sign with your name, to safely take you to your hotel. * From Hoteles: The pick up transfer is only from selected centrally located hotels. If your hotel is outside the geographic area, we will confirm you the closest meeting point. Indicate the name and address of your hotel.
