Meeting and Pickup
The meeting point is in the square in front of the Santi Cosma and Damiano Basilica, in Via dei Fori Imperiali 1 (halfway, near the Roman Forum entrance). Our staff will be wearing a light blue vest with our logos. Please arrive 15 minutes early—late arrivals cannot join the tour.
Redemption Instructions
•Please ensure that the names given exactly match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children), or the Colosseum will deny entry — and don’t forget to bring valid ID for everyone which is necessary to enter. •This voucher is not your entry ticket, it’s only a booking confirmation. You cannot enter the Colosseum with it alone. •Please arrive at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the start time to check in. Your host will be standing next to a white flag with the company logo. •Please Note: to access the Colosseum, you need to add the exact name and last name of all participants, and the names of all children need to be specified. In case of mistake in writing your name and last name in your reservation, if the Colosseum ticket controllers deny access due to the wrong name and last name, we decline any responsibility, and NO REFUND will be provided. • For minors, the age must be 17 or younger on the day of the activity. • The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded Each traveller must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without an ID, entry is not guaranteed. • Meeting time may change. If so, we’ll contact you by phone or message. Please provide the correct phone number with country code and check your WhatsApp and email regularly. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. • The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps. • Operates in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately.
