Redemption Instructions

Our pick up window for this tour is 9:15am to 9:45am. Please make sure to be ready at your hotel by 9:15am for this tour! If you are not ready when the shuttle is there to pick you up, there might not be another departure available on that day, and we cannot offer refunds for lateness. Please be aware we do have age and height restrictions for this tour, each snowmachine driver must be older than 16, and any snowmachine passengers must be older than 8 years old, and able to sit in the seat with their feet able to reach the foot rests on the machine. If there are passengers younger than 8, they cannot go on the tour, with no exceptions, this is a safety policy we have to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. If your group does not meet age requirements, please contact us immediately and we can cancel and refund this tour.

Pickup Information

We will pick you up from your desired pick up location between 9:30am and 10am on the day of your tour! Keep an eye out for our black sprinter vans! They have a 1' sticker on the side with our Borealis Basecamp logo on it. Please be ready for pick up by 9:15am!
