Redemption Instructions

The traveler or group of travelers who have booked must identify themselves at the meeting point and show the guide of our organization their corresponding reservation.

Pickup Information

Pick-up of travelers will be organized once they have booked and left where they are staying. Depending on the location of the Hotel, hostel or apartment, you will be picked up directly at them or at a nearby point if access is not adequate.
