Redemption Instructions

Download the Big Bus app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. Recommended activation points: Main Terminal (Stop 1, Termini Railway Station, Via Giovanni Giolitti 32) and the Big Bus Shop & Info Centre (Via delle Terme di Diocleziano 34, near Stop 1). All buses are wheelchair accessible and have air conditioning on the lower deck. The 72-hour ticket includes a panoramic Night Tour (May to October only), which is not hop-on, hop-off. The tour departs from Stop 1 at 8:20pm and 8:30pm and lasts 1 hour. Please arrive 30 minutes before your chosen departure time. Infants aged 4 and under travel free of charge and do not require a ticket.
