Redemption Instructions

• The afternoon before your reservation, you will receive the code via email to take physical ticket at the desk. • The day of your reservation go to the desk and show the code received to take the ticket without make line. If you chose the audio guide option when booking, downloading instructions will be sent via email after you book with the tickets the day before the activity start. An Android (version 5.0 and up) or an iOS smartphone is required for the audio guide options. The audio guide it is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, or iPad Mini 1st generation.
