• Meeting Point Information: - Arrive strictly 15 minutes before entrance times. Entrance is strictly limited so you must arrive early. Anyone who arrives after these times cannot be accommodated nor refunded. - Our staff will be meeting you holding a “LOVING ROME” flag. • Important Notice: The attraction closes at approximately 19:00. Therefore, bookings with time slots from 17:40 onward are considered last-entry ticket(s), and the duration of visit will be approximately 1 hour instead of the original 2 hours. • Audio Guide Information: - To redeem the code you must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15-20 minutes before the activity to ensure that you have enough time before the activity - You can redeem the code directly with our staff on the spot. - You must download the "PopGuide" app (Vox S.p.a) at least a day before the activity to avoid any issues. - Recommended that your phone is fully charged. - You must bring your own headsets for a better experience. - The app is compatible with ios and android. • Important Information: - Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability - Dress code is smart casual - Please note that bags are not permitted inside the Borghese Gallery, and will need to be checked in at the cloakroom before to be collected afterwards - Adult pricing applies to all - Wheelchair accessible
