Redemption Instructions

You need to present either a paper or an electronic voucher for this activity. Tour departs from selected hotels located at the oceanfront in the neighborhoods of Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana and Leme. If your hotel is outside the pickup area, the meeting point is the Hilton Copacabana Hotel in Copacabana Hotel pickup will be between 8:00am and 8:30am, depending on the hotel location, you must contact the local service provider, Carioca Tropical Tour Operator, to verify your exact pickup time. If you have chosen the option with NO tickets included don't worry, our tour guide will help you purchase them. Children, Students, and Seniors receive a discount with a proper passport copy or an ID with photo at the Sugar Loaf. Pickup Information

- Pickup starts 30min before the tour, at 7:00am, and goes till 7:30am. - Each hotel have a specific timing according to the it's location. Please contact us for the exact time. - Important: for operational reasons our pickup happens only in selected hotels in the neighborhood of Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema and Leblon. If your hotel is not in the list, also please contact us so we will help you finding the nearest pick-up point. - We don't pick-up at the Sea Port / Cruise Terminal.
