Meeting and Pickup
Ward Cove Guests: Please take the complimentary shuttle service into town. From there, you can follow the pier to The Rock. We recommend getting in line for the shuttle one hour prior to your scheduled tour. You will find our representative holding a green sign with yellow lettering to assist you.
Redemption Instructions
Thank you for the confirmation. We will pick you up on berth 2 next to the Ketchikan Visitor’s Bureau. You will be looking for the large bronze statue and famous rain gauge. One of our van drivers will meet you there. Please write the time of your departure that you have confirmed on your printed voucher to present to the van driver.
