Meet our staff in the office in Via Marco Aurelio, 19, only 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum! You will collect your tickets, get support or wifi to download the app and all its functions and give you all the information you need to enjoy a comfortable visit!
Redemption Instructions
The meeting point is located in Via Marco Aurelio 19, just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time with a valid passport or ID card (a copy is also acceptable) and your own set of earphones for a comfortable visit.
