Redemption Instructions

- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. - The full names of all participants must be provided at the time of booking and match the names on their ID. The Colosseum requires all guests (including children) to present government ID at the time of entry. Therefore any guest that does not submit their name in advance of the tour, or who does not bring their ID to the meeting point, will be refused participation without refund. Name corrections are possible up to 7 days before the visit. After this, changes may not be possible. - All guests must pass through security. No weapons or large items will be permitted. - Only small backpacks and regular-size handbags are allowed inside, guests with larger bags will be denied entrance. No storage room/lockers available. - Photography is not allowed in the sites visited on this tour, due to their religious nature. - Please note, the tour visits the catacombs of San Sebastiano or Domitilla (depending on the day). - Due to the religious nature of the catacombs, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc) to put on just before enter. - Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
