Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Our staff will be at the meeting point with a blue sign C.I.S.Tours. Please stay at the meeting point 15 minutes before the selected time to enter inside the Crypts. If option selected, once visited the Crypts, you can visit the Pantheon the same day until 6pm (Saturday until 3pm). Remember that being in a religious place, appropriate clothing is required, shoulders must be covered.
