There, meet your Italian chef and small group of fellow cooks over an Italian aperitivo, a plate of cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef.
