Colosseum tickets are personalized: Please ensure that the full names and birth dates of all participants are provided at the moment of booking, as entry cannot be guaranteed if the booking information is incomplete. All guests must have an ID with them, as they may be required to show it at the entrance. As tickets are purchased in advance, this tour is non-refundable. Please be 20 minutes early at the meeting point before your tour start time. If this occurs, you will be notified in advance. Please be advised of the Colosseum Security Check Line that everyone should go through. The delays here depend solely on the Colosseum Authority. Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID (a photo of the ID is acceptable) that matches the name provided at the time of booking to ensure entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Providing incorrect names will result in denied entry, and no refund will be issued.

The itinerary order might change. It is possible that you will visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill first and then the Colosseum
