Redemption Instructions

PICK-UP INFORMATION: It's taken into consideration pick-up and drop-off locations in the city of Rio de Janeiro or elsewhere in its surroundings. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Tourists Pick-ups – Beginning: We are going to pick every tourist up at wherever they specify at the time of the booking as long as it's within the city limits. Tourists who are close to each other at the main area of Rio, will be picked up one after the other by our guide. Tourists who are staying logistically out of our sequencial pick-up planning, should have an exclusive driver and vehicle dispatched for the pick-up at their places and ride to meet the rest of the group. The pick-up time should be around 19:00 or 20:00, but we will get in touch with every tourist the date before the parade to arrange the exact pick-up time. The parades begins at 21:30. P.S. The times are not completely finalized yet. We will confirm the exact schedule closer to the parade dates when we finalize the arrangements. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Return to the hotel Pick-up at Sambadrome 1:00 a.m – In-between After the 2nd parade around 1:00 am, our driver should take to their hotel (s) anyone who may be tired and want to leave earlier. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Final Pick-up at 4:00 a.m – End of Event The last "samba school" finishes about 4:00 a.m.. At the end of the event, our driver should be waiting those who remained to take them home safely. Pickup Information

**PICK-UP INFORMATION:** Pick-up and drop-off locations are considered within the city of Rio de Janeiro and its surrounding areas. --- **Tourist Pick-ups – Starting Point:** We will arrange pick-up for each tourist at their specified location within the city limits at the time of booking. For tourists staying close to each other in central Rio, our guide will pick them up sequentially. If a tourist's location is outside our planned pick-up route, we will dispatch a dedicated driver and vehicle to bring them to join the group. Pick-up times will be approximately between 19:00 and 20:00. We will contact each tourist the day before the parade to confirm the exact pick-up time. The parades start at 21:30. **P.S.** The times are not completely finalized yet. We will confirm the exact schedule closer to the parade dates when we finalize the arrangements. --- **Midway Pick-up at 1:00 a.m. – Optional Departure:** After the second parade, around 1:00 a.m., our driver will be available to take anyone who is tired and wishes to leave earlier back to their hotel(s). --- **Final Pick-up at 4:00 a.m. – End of Event:** The last samba school finishes around 5:00 a.m. At the end of the event, our driver will be waiting to safely transport those who stayed until the end back to their accommodations. Your guide will be with you throughout the entire experience, providing assistance and explanations until the very end.
