Please note the following instructions to redeem your entry pass: * Your electronic entry pass (PDF) will be sent via Viator approximately 7–24 hours before your booked entry time. * Please provide a valid WhatsApp number. If you do not receive the Viator copy, the supplier may also send your entry pass via WhatsApp. * This is not a guided tour. It is a hosted self-guided experience for the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. * Your PDF entry pass will contain the QR code required for admission, along with instructions on how to enter the attraction. * Our host will be available at the meeting point to assist if required. Some travelers may proceed directly to the entrance by following the provided instructions. * All travelers must pass through the mandatory security check. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked entry time. * The full name of each traveler must match the name on their valid passport or government-issued photo ID. Identification may be required at the entrance. * Keep your PDF entry pass available on your mobile device with the QR code clearly visible. * The price printed on the official entry pass may differ from the total amount paid.
