**Meeting Point Info: - Meeting Point: Lungotevere Castello, 50, 00193 Roma RM - The meeting point indicated is the address of the attraction. - Please arrive at the attraction earlier to avoid any issues with entry. - Entry Ticket(s) will be delivered via email used during the booking process, within 24 hours prior to the activity - Please note that this reservation does NOT include a person to meet and escort you at the entrance. - Queue directly at the main entrance and show your emailed ticket and valid ID. - Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot. - Late arrivals or no-shows will not be accommodated and not be refunded. (Only For Multilingual Audio Experience Option) **Audio Guide Info: - You must download the "PopGuide" app (Vox S.p.a) atleast day before the activity. The app is compatible with ios and android. - Recommended that phone is fully charged. - You must bring your own headsets for a better experience. - An Android (version 5.0 and up ) or iOS smartphone is required for the audio tour, it is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Mini 1st generation - You will need 100-150 MB of free space for the download. - Audio guide includes: English, Italian, French, Spanish, German & Chinese
