Redemption Instructions

If you arrive late to the meeting point, you will not be entitled to a refund due to the no-show policy. RESTRICTED ITEMS: Bulky luggage and large handbags are not allowed in the Colosseum or at the other sites. SECURITY: mandatory entry procedures and security check must be carried out. This may delay the tour departure especially on national holidays.
