If the Colosseum ticket controllers deny access due to the wrong name and last name, we decline any responsibility, and NO REFUND will be provided. This voucher is not your entry ticket — it's a booking confirmation only. It must be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point before entering the Colosseum. Please arrive at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the start time to check in. Your host will be standing next to a white flag with the company logo. The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a refillable plastic water bottle, especially in hot weather! In summer, the tour may last about 2 hours due to the heat. Normal-sized backpacks are allowed. Not permitted: large backpacks, pets, weapons, sharp objects, oversized luggage, smoking, alcohol, drugs, sprays, glassware, unaccompanied minors, or electric wheelchairs.
