Please ensure that the names given exactly match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children), or the Colosseum will deny entry, and don’t forget to bring a valid ID for everyone, which is necessary to enter. If the Colosseum ticket controllers deny access due to the wrong name and last name, we decline any responsibility, and NO REFUND will be provided. This voucher is not your entry ticket — it's a booking confirmation only. It must be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point before entering the Colosseum. If you chose the audio guide option, please download it in advance using Wi-Fi. It works offline once installed. Headphones are not included; please bring your own. Note: the app may not work on older devices. If you book after 4:00 PM, you may not have enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You can start earlier or return the next day for Forum access. The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps. Valid ID is required, matching the names on the reservation. Entry is not guaranteed without proper ID. Meeting time may change. If so, we’ll contact you by phone or message. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a refillable plastic water bottle, especially in hot weather! In summer, the tour may last about 2 hours due to the heat. Normal-sized backpacks are allowed. Not permitted: large backpacks, pets, weapons, sharp objects, oversized luggage, smoking, alcohol, drugs, sprays, glassware, unaccompanied minors, or electric wheelchairs.
