Meeting point from July 13: Plaza del Conde de Casal, 6, 28007 Madrid. At the front door of the cafetería of hotel Claridge, next to the main door of the hotel. Closest Metro Station: Conde de Casal (Line 6) • The tour takes place simultaneously in English and Spanish if necessary • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Minimum drinking age is 18 years old. • Gourmet Madrid opening hours are between 09:30 and 19:30, Monday to Friday.   • Please be ready at least 5 minutes prior to departure time. (Tour departs on time. No refunds if you lost the tour) • In case of emergency, please call Gourmet Madrid to +34 6688 02429 . (If you are lost or similar) • Minimum numbers apply (4). There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund. *Inside the cellars it is a bit cold, we recommend taking some warm clothes and comfortable shoes.
