Meeting and Pickup
You can arrive by public bus or cab. We are located at Boulevard Kukulcán Km 6.5, Hotel Zone Cancún, Q.Roo. If you need transportation let us know and you need to pay directly while boarding.
Redemption Instructions
We strongly recommend staying in the pier half an hour before the departure time, since departures must be on time. If you need transportation from your hotel let us know so we can program a shuttle, you need to pay it directly while boarding. From Cancun 15 USD per person, from Puerto Morelos 30 USD per person, from Playa del carmen 40usd per person and from tulum 50 USD per person

If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go for a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you going to stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick up time. This service has two schedules. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message.
