Driver waits only 5 minutes – Late arrivals will miss the tour. Look out for a grey Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van with “Nicktour” written on it. Double-check the guide’s name (as shared by the Itaway agent) before entering the vehicle. São Conrado pickups require drop-off in Leblon or Ipanema (Monday–Friday, and holidays).
