ARRIVAL: 30 mins before the hour MEETING: From drop-off, go downstairs left and look for our rep (SAIL IN RIO shirt) BOARDING: 15 mins before tour *If boarding already started, go to the floating piers access gate, and rush to PIER A2, spot 27/28 (end on the right) LATE: No exceptions

Meeting Point: Upon arrival at the marina's drop-off area, descend the stairs and look for our representative wearing a SAIL IN RIO shirt at the bottom left. If you're unable to locate them, please wait nearby. BOARDING: 15 minutes before the scheduled hour. Please Note: There will be no tolerance for delays. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements.
