Rome Express: 2-Hour Golf Cart City Tour Discount Tickets

Overview

Explore Florence's hills on a small-group electric golf cart tour, along exclusive routes that reveal breathtaking panoramic views and a quieter, more authentic side of the city. Following in the footsteps of Galileo Galilei, the experience blends art, nature and history, leaving the busy center behind. Departing from Piazzale Vittorio Veneto and crossing the San Frediano district, you pass the ancient city walls, Porta Romana and Villa del Poggio Imperiale, then climb to the olive groves of Arcetri, where Galileo once lived. The route reaches Piazzale Michelangelo, the city's most celebrated viewpoint, and the Basilica of San Miniato al Monte, before returning across the Arno over Ponte Santa Trinita, with its beautiful view of the Ponte Vecchio. Accompanied by a local driver and a high-quality audio guide, the tour comes alive with stories of the Medici family and Florence's scientific heritage. Photo stops and short walks let you fully enjoy the scenery.
