What’s included During checkout you will be able to select from the list of included pickup points. Edinburgh, UK Edinburgh Airport, Edinburgh EH12 9DN, UK St Andrews KY16, UK Glasgow, UK Airport Pick-Up Instructions: Welcome! Please follow these steps to meet your driver after you arrive: 1. Switch on your phone and connect to the airport’s WiFi network. 2. Collect your luggage and proceed to the Arrivals Hall. 3. Make your way to the Pick-Up Zone by following these directions: • From the Arrivals Hall, walk down the corridor and exit the hall. • Turn right and walk towards the “Edinburgh” sign. • At the sign, turn left and continue towards the Exit. • Follow the signs for the “Pick-Up Zone” by turning right (you’ll see a multi-storey car park). • Cross the zebra lines to reach the designated pick-up area. 4. Your driver will send you a message when your flight has landed. 5. Please text to the driver when you are on your way to the Pick-Up Zone. Once your message is received, the driver will proceed to Lane 3 to meet you there. 6. Can’t find your driver? Your driver will meet you after you exit customs/security with a nameboard and guide you to the nearby car park pickup area. * City pickup: Hotel lobby, accommodation, Waverley or Haymarket station, cruise port (Newhaven/Leith), or a custom address. * Drop-off: Any Edinburgh address or pre-agreed destination across Scotland. Know before you book * Duration: 25–45 minutes to/from city centre (traffic-dependent) * Each passenger includes one medium suitcase and one small carry-on; please advise if traveling with extra or oversized luggage (golf bags, skis, instruments, etc.). * Child seats available on request.
