Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions
Please carefully check the title and inclusions of the option booked, as not all options include all services. The tour may be postponed or refunded in case of bad weather, high/low tide, or a gondolier strike. - This is not a private tour. - The gondola route may change due to weather, canal maintenance, or tides. - Duration may be slightly less than 30 minutes. - Each gondola holds up to 5 people; seats are assigned by the gondolier based on weight. - Children must be accompanied by an adult; free under 2 years if not occupying a seat. - Not fully accessible for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues. IF THE DINNER OPTION IS SELECTED - Restaurant: Ai Coristi Near Teatro La Fenice (Piscina S. Moise, 1995). After the gondola, turn left, walk to Calle Larga XXII Marzo, then right into Calle Veste. At La Fenice square, turn right into Calle Drio la Chiesa; the restaurant is on your right. - Course choices cannot be replaced; substitutions require an extra charge at the restaurant. - Special requests (candlelight, cakes, prosecco, wine, etc.) are not included. - Please inform us of any allergies or dietary intolerances.
