Meeting and Pickup
With the Basilica of Saint Mark DE Behind you, stay on the right side of the square and pass under the arcades. Look for the Olivetti Museum, then turn right under the arcades. Cross the small bridge and continue straight to Campo San Gallo, where the office DE Venice Tours is located in the square.
Redemption Instructions
Please carefully check the title and inclusions of the option booked, as not all options include all services. Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people; seats on board cannot be chosen and will be allocated by the gondolier according to the weight of the passengers. The gondola ride does not take place in case of exceptionally bad weather conditions or high/low tide (in these cases, it can be postponed to the following days or refunded). The route can be changed in case of wind or bad weather. The Guide will only be on a gondola; participants from other gondolas will listen to its explanations using audio guides.
