Itinerary
1. Meet your guide in Piazza del Popolo, which in the past was used for public executions and today a lively place for events and concerts.
2. Continue with your guide to romantic ‘Pincio Terrace’ to see the sunset over the rooftops of Rome.
3. Visit the bustling Piazza di Spagna and see Bernini’s famous ‘Barcaccia’ fountain and the famous Spanish Steps.
4. Wander to the stunning Trevi Fountain, which is the biggest Baroque fountain in Rome. A traditional legend holds that if visitors throw a coin into the fountain, they are ensured a return to Rome.
5. Admire the beautiful Piazza della Rotonda and visit the historic Pantheon from the exterior. The monument was built in 27 BC and dedicated to all Roman gods.
6. Stroll to visit Piazza Navona, one of the most famous Baroque squares in Rome. The large and lively square features no less than three magnificent fountains. The most famous one is Bernini's Fountain of Four Rivers in the center.
7. End your evening walk on the square called Campo de' Fiori, once famous for races and executions. Today it is a busy marketplace in the morning and a nightlife center after dark. It's the perfect place from which to continue your evening in the Eternal City after your guided tour.
