Redemption Instructions

We wish to inform that you will receive a separate entrance voucher pdf on Viator messaging and if you have booked through TripAdvisor or other booking portal you will receive an email notification to download, in case you’re unable to download you can contact the support team of the portal you used for making the booking. If the time slot you have chosen is not available, you will be assigned a new time within an hour of your original choice. Ticket sharing timeline: • If you have purchased the ticket up to 2 days before your visit date - the actual ticket will be shared on the day before your visit • If you have purchased the ticket within 2 days before your visit date - the actual ticket will be shared shortly before your visit time, please check your email for ticket link or contact us via Viator message
