Pickup Information

Bus pick up information – Important information for all pick up services - Please call Tasman Venture to confirm your pick up time. - Pick up window is 10 minutes either side of the pick up time – Please be ready and waiting outside the designated pick up location for the entirety of the pick up window. - Pick up and drop off times are approximate, Tasman Venture does not take responsibility for delays due to traffic or any other factor. - Our services are unable to wait for late passengers. - Passengers who miss the allocated pick up window will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense.
